North Shore Juniors Volleyball Club, Inc. is a nonprofit USA Volleyball (USAV) Junior Olympic Volleyball program, for young athletes serious about the sport of volleyball.
NSJVB, Inc. offers competitive volleyball team play for all youth age groups and skill levels. We provide experienced coaches dedicated to offering a higher level of volleyball play beyond the interscholastic experience. This program was developed for those athletes who desire more skills training and competition than is available during a regular school season. It serves as a chance for players to continue competitive volleyball play in the winter and fits in with the specific skills camps offered in the NE Region during the summer.
We offer programs for all skill levels from the youngest beginner to players competing at the highest high school level. The newly named Saturday League ( a combination of the past Developmental and In House Programs) provides skill training to the targeted age group of 5th grade to 8th grade. This helps them to be more familiar with competitive volleyball and improve skills before participating in the competitive Club programs. The traditional Club Team Program allows players to compete against teams of similar age and strength while providing a generally high level of team practice and competition for the entire twenty-week program.
All club team activities take place on Sunday mornings between mid-November to the first weekend in May at Masconomet HS in Topsfield, MA.
Interested in getting involved in coaching juniors volleyball? NSJVB is the perfect place to start! -Good hourly salary -New coach mentors -USA Volleyball Membership reimbursement -Travel reimbursement -Coach gear -Coach education. We ask coaches to be able to commit to one Sunday morning practice per week and 6 NERVA tournaments throughout the season.
Please note the age range changes for this season. If you are born in July and August, you may be in a new age bracket for this club season.
